In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR], that came into force on 25th May 2018, as a voluntary organisation and a registered charity, we give an assurance to our members and also to any visitors to our website, that we will not disclose any of their personal details that we have stored for either membership purposes or to respond to any website inquiries, to any third party.
Members who choose to renew their membership, will be asked to complete a new membership form giving the Society their consent to store their name and contact details on file.
Visitors to our website will be asked to give their consent for their name, email address and any submitted information to be stored, in order that the Society may respond to their inquiry.
